'Subscribe' option does not appear for reports

Description

In order to make the 'Subscribe' button to appear on your reports, the 'Report Notifications' and 'Salesforce App Notifications' features must be enabled for your organization.

Résolution


1. Steps to Enable Report Notifications in Salesforce Classic.

Note: Report Notifications are enabled by default in Lightning Experience and cannot be disabled once active. 

2. Enable App Notifications in the Salesforce Mobile App.


Note: Notifications are limited to 5 subscribed reports per User and cannot be increased.
*This article applies to report subscriptions within the Salesforce Classic User Interface only.
