Unable to Resize Quote Template Logo or Image in Google Chrome or Safari (WebKit Limitation)

When using Google Chrome or Safari, users are unable to resize a Quote Template image or logo. This limitation is specific to browsers built on the WebKit rendering engine. The issue does not occur in non-WebKit browsers.

Løsning

This is a known limitation of WebKit — the rendering engine used by several browsers including Google Chrome and Safari. WebKit has acknowledged this issue, but there has been little progress and it is currently outside the scope of Salesforce Support.

The following browsers are built on the WebKit engine and may exhibit this image resize limitation. Note that Salesforce does not support all browsers listed below. See Supported Browsers for the list of officially supported browsers.

The same WebKit resize limitation can occur when attempting to resize an image inside a Home Page Component. This behavior is browser-dependent and may not appear in all WebKit-based browsers.
