Manage and Reset Default Security Predicates for Sales Analytics Datasets

Udgivelsesdato: May 1, 2026
Beskrivelse

After creating the Sales Analytics app in CRM Analytics, an administrator or manager can remove security predicates from any Sales Analytics dataset. Removing security predicates temporarily allows admins or consultants to view all data in the dataset without access restrictions. This is useful when reviewing data before granting access to other team members.

Security predicates can be removed from any of the Sales Analytics datasets and replaced with the default predicate values at any time.

This article explains how to remove and replace security predicates for Sales Analytics datasets in CRM Analytics Analytics Studio.

Removing the Security Predicate:

  1. In Analytics Studio, hover over the target dataset and click the Edit link that appears.
  2. Clear the contents of the Security Predicate field. Back up the current contents if you have customized them.
  3. Click Update Dataset.
  4. Refresh the app to apply the updated security predicate to your session. If a refresh does not work, log out and log back in to start a new session.
