After creating the Sales Analytics app in CRM Analytics, an administrator or manager can remove security predicates from any Sales Analytics dataset. Removing security predicates temporarily allows admins or consultants to view all data in the dataset without access restrictions. This is useful when reviewing data before granting access to other team members.
Security predicates can be removed from any of the Sales Analytics datasets and replaced with the default predicate values at any time.
To restore a dataset's security predicate, use the default values listed below for each Sales Analytics dataset.
Opportunities, Events, Tasks: The default security predicate is:
'Owner.Role.Roles' == "$User.UserRoleId" || 'OwnerId' == "$User.Id" || 'Account.OwnerId' == "$User.Id"
Quota with Users, User Allocation: The default security predicate is:
'Role.Roles' == "$User.UserRoleId" || 'Id' == "$User.Id"
Users: The default security predicate is:
'User.Role.Roles' == "$User.UserRoleId" || 'User.Id' == "$User.Id"
Opportunity Products, Pipeline Trending: The default security predicate is:
'Opportunity.Owner.Role.Roles' == "$User.UserRoleId" || 'Opportunity.OwnerId' == "$User.Id" || 'Opportunity.Account.OwnerId' == "$User.Id"
