Disable CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery

상세 설명

Considerations before disabling CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery:

NOTE: If you intend on re-enabling CRM Analytics to resolve an issue, make sure to run Data sync and resolve any errors before disabling Analytics. Data sync errors may prevent the re-enablement.

1. The Default Salesforce Dataflow may be lost. We recommend backing up the Default Salesforce Dataflow definition through the Data Monitor before proceeding with disablement.
2. The Integration and Security Users created by CRM Analytics will be set as inactive. The Profiles associated with these users will remain intact.
3. User-generated Dataflows, Recipes, Datasets, Dashboards, Lenses, and Models will remain intact but will not be accessible.
4. CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery must be disabled prior to the related licenses being de-provisioned, or access to the disabled functionality will be removed. If licenses have been de-provisioned prior to disablement, please contact your Account Team for assistance.
