Data Extension does not populate after an Audience Builder audience is published

Description

After an Audience Builder Audience is published, the resulting Data Extension may not populate and the counts between Audience Builder and the Data Extension may not match.

Résolution

Cause

The Data Extension won't populate after an Audience is published if the Audience wasn't refreshed before it was published.

 

Solution

Refresh the Audience with the steps in our 'Filter an Audience' documentation, then Publish the Audience again.
