You can translate tab names and field labels for custom objects using the following settings.
The tab name of a custom object can be translated from Rename Tabs and Labels in Setup.
Click Setup at the top of the Salesforce screen.
Navigate to Customize | Tab Names and Labels | Rename Tabs and Labels to open the Rename Tabs and Labels page.
From the Select Language dropdown list, choose the desired language, then click Edit for the custom object you want to translate.
Edit the record name and other labels as needed, then click Save.
