Data Sync or Dataflow error: 'NUMBER_OUTSIDE_VALID_RANGE' in CRM Analytics

Data pubblicazione: Aug 19, 2026
Descrizione

CRM Analytics data sync and dataflows run through the Integration User. The Integration User profile must have "View All Data" as well as the "Read" and "View All Records" Object Permissions for every object in data sync and dataflows. If the "Analytics Cloud Integration User" profile has been cloned and modified, it may not have the necessary permissions and will cause an error like the following:

When this error occurs you will see in the job log: 'Something went wrong while executing node [node name]: Error in bulk query: NUMBER_OUTSIDE_VALID_RANGE: Maximum SOQL offset allowed is 2000.' This typically means the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile is missing the View All Data permission.

Risoluzione

This article explains how to resolve the NUMBER_OUTSIDE_VALID_RANGE error in CRM Analytics Data Sync or Dataflow jobs, caused by a modified Analytics Cloud Integration User profile missing required permissions.

For example, if an admin clones the standard "Analytics Cloud Integration User" profile to add a custom permission, the clone won't automatically inherit "View All Data" - this can cause the error the next time Data Sync or a Dataflow runs.

Ensure the Analytics Cloud Integration User Profile has "View All Data"

Before performing any other troubleshooting, check the Profile assigned to the Integration User to ensure it has "View All Data". This permission is required for CRM Analytics to function properly.

Ensure the Analytics Cloud Integration User Profile has "Read" and "View All Records" for the Object

Review the Object Permissions for that object within the Profile assigned to the Integration User. Ensure the profile has Read and View All Records granted for the specified object. More information about managing Object Permissions can be found here: Edit Object Permissions in Profiles
