Error 'Remote Access Authorization' when you connect to an org via Environment Hub

When attempting to connect an organization to the Environment Hub, users may encounter an error after logging into the org they want to connect. 

Error: 
Remote Access Authorization Error connect organization

There was a problem in setting up your remote access

 

Steps to replicate:
 
1. Navigate to the Environment Hub tab

2. Click Connect Org

3. Enter the Username and click Connect Org

4. Enter the Username and password

5. Click Allow to allow the Environment Hub to communicate with the newly connected org

6. Note the error
Lösung

To resolve this error, enable 'Allow users to install canvas personal apps" in the org being connected.


1. Navigate to Setup and type Connected Apps in the Quick Find box
 
  • From Lightning Experience, click Manage Connected Apps
 
  • From Salesforce Classic, click Connected Apps

2. Click Edit and check "Allow users to install canvas personal apps" | Save
