When replying to a Chatter @ mention or submitting a Chatter Group Post via email, senders can automatically remove their pre-populated email signature from posting to the Chatter Feed. This can be completed without the need to manually remove the contents from the email before sending.
Remove your email signature from email posts to chatter by adding a separator line to the top of your signature.
The separator line must have a minimum of one of the following characters:
• Dash (-)
• Equal sign (=)
• Underscore (_)
You can also use any combination of these characters, such as _-=-_.
