• On Object Home Pages:
  • Recently accessed List Views appear automatically.
  • Note: Recent usage includes accessing List Views from both the full site and the mobile app, but it may take some time for the recently viewed list to update.
  • Use "All Lists" to access List Views not recently accessed.

3. How can you personalize the List View shown on mobile?

• Use the Sort or Filter icons.
• Note: Sort or Filter personalizations set in the mobile app are reflected when you refresh the same view on the full site or another device running the Salesforce Mobile App.
