This section describes how to prohibit free text entry for the activity subject.
솔루션
Use the following steps to prohibit free text entry for the activity subject:
Classic
1. Click [Settings] | [Build] | [Customize] | [Activity] | [Activity entry rule].
Lightning Experience
1. Click the gear icon | [Settings] | [Object manager] | [Activity] | [Entry rule].
2. Click [New] button. 
3. Enter a rule name to [Rule name], and enter the following qualifications to [Error qualifications] box. 
NOT( OR( Subject == "Call", Subject == "Email", Subject == "Other"))
　* "Subject" is a subject name item. Please do not change it. 
　* For "Call," "Email," and "Other," enter their selection list value names that are currently used. 
4. For [Error message], enter an error message to display on the screen. 
5. In [Error display location], select a location to display the error message. 
6. Click [Save] button after completing configuration and data entry.
