Description

Salesforce administrators can force sign-out users from Outlook Integration via the 'Outlook Integration and Sync' setup page.

In Salesforce Classic

  • (Enabled 'Improved Setup User Interface') Setup | Administer | Outlook Integration and Sync | Settings | Let users access Salesforce records from Outlook | User Mapping
 
  • (Disabled 'Improved Setup User Interface') Your Name | Setup | Administration Setup | Outlook Integration and Sync | Settings | Let users access Salesforce records from Outlook | User Mapping

In Lightning Experience
  • Click Gear Icon | Setup | Email | Outlook Integration and Sync | Let users access Salesforce records from Outlook | User Mapping
or
 
  • Click Gear Icon | Setup | In the Quick Find box, enter Outlook Integration | Click on Outlook Integration and Sync | Let users access Salesforce records from Outlook | User Mapping 
 
  1. In the related list named User Mapping, this shows all users that have authenticated with the Outlook Integration. Find the user you would like to sign-out.
  2. Click on the Delete option under the Action column for each user that needs to be signed out.
