Error: 'Missing physical address' for emails that contain a physical mailing address

Description

You may receive a failed email validation error message, even when you've used your validation code. 

Below is the error message:
 
"The subscriber preview failed to generate. Review the details, correct all issues, and try again. 
A profile center link is missing from this email. For template based email, please contact our customer service. 
The email is missing a valid physical mailing address, which must be present on commercial emails per the federal CAN-SPAM Act. Please add a valid postal address in your account settings, or modify your email to include these fields, then you may resend your email. 
Résolution
-  For HTML Paste emails, please select 'Physical Mailing Address' under 'Insert Code Snippet' drop down, referenced by this icon </> to insert the physical mailing address in HTML version of the email. 
- The recommended format for the physical mailing address in the TEXT version of your email is the following: 
This email was sent by: 
%%Member_Busname%% 
%%Member_Addr%% 
%%Member_City%%, %%Member_State%%, %%Member_PostalCode%%, %%Member_Country%% 
- For Template based emails, your footer should already have the physical mailing address." 

Complete the Company Information under Account Settings to resolve this issue.

- For emails that have the Physical Address hard coded into the email the Physical Address Check can be disabled here .
