Mass transfer or reassign Activities

Описание

There is no mass transfer tool offered for Task or Event records individually.

Open Activities may be transferred with their related Account and Lead records as outlined in the Mass Transfer Records documentation.

Please consider promoting the Idea Mass transfer tasks so that we may see the ability to transfer only activities potentially added to Salesforce with a future release.

For Salesforce editions with API access, an Administrator may Mass transfer Activities with Data Loader or other client tool of choice via the API.

The introductory video on Transfering User Records below includes infromation about Mass Transfer Records/tool. 


For editions without API access consider evaluating the use of a third-party application on the AppExchange.


Note: We recommend that you research and test third-party solutions in a sandbox prior to installing or using in your production organization.
