Email logs in Salesforce are CSV files that record details about all emails sent from or through a Salesforce org. Email log files are available for download from Setup and are useful for troubleshooting email delivery issues, identifying bounce-backs, and auditing email activity.
Email log files remain in the list in Setup until they are manually deleted by a user. They also count toward the org's overall file storage limits.
Email log files contribute to the org's overall file storage limits To check file storage consumption:
If storage is running low, consider deleting older email logs that are no longer needed.
To request a new email log file and understand the available filtering options, see the Salesforce here article: Monitor Emails Sent from Salesforce Using Email Logs.
