Note: The limits described in this article apply to the Salesforce Classic user interface only. The same process does not apply to report and dashboard subscriptions within Lightning Experience.
Salesforce Classic limits the number of scheduled reports, dashboard refreshes, and report snapshots per org to prevent performance degradation across the platform. These limits vary by org edition and are described below.
These limits are set by Salesforce to protect platform performance and cannot be increased through the Support team. To increase your scheduled item limit, you must purchase additional schedules through your Account Executive.
If you have reviewed all relevant documentation and would like to purchase additional schedules, please speak with your Account Executive. Support is not able to assist with this increase.
