You can find your instance name in two ways:

The Status tab on the Salesforce Trust site uses color indicators to show the health of each instance:
Instance maintenance information is available on the instance detail page. Navigate to the System Status page and click your instance name. Confirmed maintenances are listed in the Maintenance Calendar on the right side of the page, available in both calendar and list view.
