Descrizione

The Salesforce Trust site (Trust.salesforce.com ) is Salesforce's dedicated transparency website that provides real-time and historical information about service availability, performance, security, privacy, and compliance for all Salesforce products and instances. The Trust site helps customers, administrators, and partners monitor the operational health of Salesforce services and plan around scheduled maintenance windows.

Risoluzione

Use the Salesforce Trust site to check your instance's availability status, identify your instance name, find scheduled maintenance windows, and set up proactive notifications. The steps below cover the most common Trust site tasks.

What Is the Purpose of Trust.salesforce.com?

Trust.salesforce.com is Salesforce's website that provides transparency around service availability, performance, security, privacy, and compliance. It helps customers confirm whether a disruption is platform-wide or limited to specific instances, and allows administrators to stay informed about planned maintenance.

How to Identify Which Salesforce Instance Your Org Is On

You can find your instance name in two ways:
Option 1 — Via Salesforce Setup:

  1. Log in as an Administrator.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Setup. In the Quick Find box, enter "Company" and select Company Information.
  3. Check the Instance field.

Option 2 — Via the Salesforce Trust Site:

  1. Go to status.salesforce.com
  2. Select the "Search Instance or Domain" text box at the top center of the page.
  3. Enter your company's My Domain. For example, if the login URL is https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com, enter "mycompany".
  4. Press Enter/Return. The result shows the Salesforce instance your org is hosted on.

What Does Each Availability Status Color Represent?

The Status tab on the Salesforce Trust site uses color indicators to show the health of each instance:

  • Green (Available): This instance is available and fully functional.
  • Blue (Informational): Information about the instance that is not a performance issue or service disruption.
  • Purple (Maintenance): This instance is currently in maintenance. A message indicates whether access is impacted during the maintenance window.
  • Yellow (Service Degradation): The instance is accessible, but specific functionality may be unavailable or running with significant latency.
  • Red (Service Disruption): The instance is inaccessible to customers.

Where to Find Upcoming Maintenance Scheduled for Your Instance

Instance maintenance information is available on the instance detail page. Navigate to the System Status  page and click your instance name. Confirmed maintenances are listed in the Maintenance Calendar on the right side of the page, available in both calendar and list view. For information about the designated maintenance window for your instance, see the Planning for Salesforce Maintenance Knowledge article.
