Enable 'Sort by Aggregates' in Salesforce Summary Reports

Fecha de publicación: Apr 22, 2026
Descripción

'Sort by Aggregates' enables the ability to sort Summary Reports by aggregate values (e.g. Sum, Average, Count) directly within the Report Builder. This feature is useful for teams that need to analyze and prioritize data in summary reports — for example, a sales operations manager can sort a revenue summary report by the Sum of Opportunity Amount to quickly identify top-performing regions, or a support team lead can sort by Count of Cases to surface the highest-volume queues at a glance.

Note: This feature is generally available but may require enablement if the new Report Builder has not yet been turned on for your org.
