After Salesforce Lightning Experience is enabled in an organization, users with the Lightning Experience User permission can switch between Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic at any time. This article explains how to switch between the two user interfaces and describes known restrictions.
If you do not see the option to switch to Salesforce Classic, this feature may have been disabled by your Salesforce Administrator, or you may be on a restricted edition.

Note: In Salesforce Classic, the Switch to Lightning Experience link also appears to the left of your name in the top navigation bar.

Running Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience in different browser tabs or windows simultaneously is not supported and can cause unexpected behavior, including incorrect values returned by the $User.UITheme and $User.UIThemeDisplayed fields.
