Error 'There was a problem with your authentication attempt' on log in to AppExchange

Users may receive an error message when authenticating to the AppExchange using their Salesforce credentials:
 

There was a problem with your authentication attempt. Please try again. If you continue to encounter problems, contact your administrator


Instead you may also be directed to the AppExchange site but it's content is blank. However you'll see a URL address similar to:

https://appexchange.salesforce.com/partnerCommunityError?ErrorCode=Remote_Error&ErrorDescription=OAUTH_APP_BLOCKED&ProviderId=0SO30000000XXXX
솔루션

Admins may need to unblock the AppExchange Connected App in setup to resolve the error:
.

1. Go to Setup (In Lightning, click the Gear Icon first).

2. Enter Connected Apps OAuth Usage in the Quick Find box.

3. Unblock AppExchange.
