Enable CRM Analytics licenses in Sandbox

After CRM Analytics licenses have been provisioned to a production environment, CRM Analytics may not be immediately available in associated sandboxes.

Ratkaisu


CRM Analytics licenses can be made available in sandboxes in the following ways:

  1. Match production and sandbox licenses without a sandbox refresh
  2. Create a Sandbox from production
  3. Refresh the Sandbox


Once either of these processes has been completed, CRM Analytics licenses will be available and the setup of CRM Analytics in the sandbox environment can continue.
