System Administrator Users Cannot Access List Views Created by Users with the Standard User Profile

System Administrators are not able to view List Views created by users with the Standard User profile.  
 
Lösning
This Behavior is working as expected.

List views created by users with the Standard User profile are Private and not publicly accessible views.

Any list view created by users with the Standard User profile will be private.  This is because the profile does not have the Manage Public List View permission. 

To create a public list view, users need to have the Manage Public List Views permission assigned to their profiles.
