Remove a Subscriber from the Marketing Cloud Global Unsubscribe List

Descripción

Global Unsubscribe means a Subscriber cannot be added to any list hosted in the Marketing Cloud.

If you are able to add a Subscriber to any account, then they are not Globally Unsubscribed.
 

Solución
To remove a Subscriber from the Global Unsubscribe List, the Subscriber must send an email to abuse@salesforce.com from the email address in question stating that they wish to be removed from the Global Unsubscribe list.
