Error 'Mismatching Versions' when you install an app or deploy a change set

In Salesforce, attempting to install a package or app from the AppExchange, or deploying a change set, can result in a "Mismatching Versions" error. This error appears when the app, package, or change set was built on a newer Salesforce release than the target org currently runs.
 
Example error messages:
Mismatching Versions — The AppExchange Application or component you have selected is not yet available on your instance of salesforce.com. Please check back in a few days to retry the installation.
One or more components failed Version Compatibility Check. This change set contains components that require the "[VersionNumberHere]" or higher.
All components failed Version Compatibility Check. Every component in this change set requires the "[VersionNumberHere]" or higher platform version.
솔루션

This error occurs because you are attempting to install a package or deploy a change set built on a newer Salesforce release version than the org you are deploying to currently runs. The recommended resolution is to wait for your org's instance to be upgraded to the matching release. 

Example 1: Installing a Package Built on a Newer Release

If you are trying to install a package developed on an org with the latest Salesforce release into an org running on a previous release, the developer of the app may be able to provide you with an installation link for an older version of the app compatible with your org.

Example 2: Deploying a Change Set Built on a Newer Release

If you receive this error when deploying a change set, it means the change set contains a component introduced in a new release that is not yet available on the target org.
Preview sandboxes are primarily used to test new features and have compatibility issues when deploying to orgs running older release versions. Salesforce recommends not using preview sandboxes for production deployments.

Check Your Instance's Upgrade Schedule

You can find information on when instances are updated by reviewing the Maintenance Calendar on Salesforce Trust at https://status.salesforce.com. Search for your specific instance such as NA45, NA40, CS1, or CS2.
