Filtering by "Last n Days" returns different results between Filter logic and Time Frame Report sections

Any Reports attempting to filter results by "Last n days" within the Report's Filter logic will return different results than the same report filtered by "Last n Days" in the Time Frame section.

Example:

• Report Time Frame is set to "Last 7 Days" - Includes results for the total count of days (7) including today's date
  • Result: If today is Jan-7, the Time Frame will be Jan-1 through Jan-7
• Report Filter Logic is "Last 7 Days" - Includes results for the total count of days (7) and adds today's date, up current second
  • Result: If today is Jan-7, the Filter Logic will include Dec-31 through Jan-7.
