In Salesforce Work.com (WDC), users who want to give a WDC Reward Badge to a colleague must have specific object-level permissions configured on the Rewards feature. Without these permissions, the option to award a Reward Badge is not available or will fail.

Solución

Users need the following object-level permissions to give a WDC Reward Badge in Salesforce Work.com:

  • Read permission on the Rewards object
  • Read permission on the Reward Funds object
  • Read permission on the Reward Fund Types object
