Increase Maximum Number of Milestones on an Entitlement Process

Description

Milestones in entitlement processes track service level agreement (SLA) completion stages. The default limit is 10 milestones per process. You may need to increase this when managing complex SLAs with multiple checkpoints.

Available Editions:

Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer — requires Agentforce Service (formerly Service Cloud)

Limit Details

Default Limit:10 milestones per entitlement process

Maximum Limit: 50 milestones per entitlement process

How to Increase:

Submit a limit increase request with Salesforce Support

To increase your entitlement process milestone limit beyond 10, you'll need assistance from Salesforce Support.
