How New Users Log in to Salesforce for the First Time

Here's How to Log In

1. Check your inbox for the 'Welcome Email' or 'Account Verification' email. This email contains the account's username and a link to complete the setup.
2. Click the link in the email. This link will redirect to a page where you will choose your password and a security question. The security question will help verify your identity in case you forget your password.
3. After setting up the password and security question, you will automatically be logged in.

Important:

The login link in the email can only be used once. If you click the link and then close the window before saving your new password, you will need to request a new password from your System Administrator.
