  • Learn how to prolong the validity of your trial environment for up to an additional 12 months, ensuring uninterrupted access for testing, demoing, personal training, and development purposes.

  • This guide is for users who have an active or expired (less than 30 days) Trial Org.

  • This process is specifically for Trial Org Extensions and does not apply to Large Data Volume (LDV) Orgs.

How to Request a Trial Organization Extension

Follow these steps to request a Trial Org extension for an additional 12 months before its expiration date:

  1. Access Partner Community: Log into partners.salesforce.com.

  2. Initiate Agentforce: Click the ‘Ask Agentforce’ button located at the bottom right of the screen.

  3. Query Agentforce: Ask the Agent, ‘I want to extend my Trial Org’.

  4. Provide Org ID: Provide your 15 or 18-character long Org ID. For additional information on finding your Org ID, refer to: Find your Salesforce Organization ID.

  5. Confirmation: You should receive an email once the expiration date extension is confirmed.
