Requirements to view ContentDocument in a Report

Description

In order to view ContentDocument (a document that has been uploaded to a library in Salesforce CRM Content or Salesforce Files) in a Report, any of the following criteria must be met:

Resolution
  • ContentDocument is in a public group
  • ContentDocument is shared to the reporting user
  • ContentDocument is shared to a group where the reporting user is a member
