Requirements to View a ContentDocument (Salesforce Files or CRM Content) in a Report

Description

In order to view ContentDocument (a document that has been uploaded to a library in Salesforce CRM Content or Salesforce Files) in a Report, any of the following criteria must be met:

Résolution

A ContentDocument is visible in a report when at least one of the following conditions is true:

  • The ContentDocument is in a public library or public group that the running user can access.
  • The ContentDocument is shared directly with the reporting user.
  • The ContentDocument is shared to a group where the reporting user is a member.
