Get help with custom Marketing Cloud integrations

Many third party providers have setup and built custom integrations that work with the Marketing Cloud systems.  While these may not be as formal as the Marketing Cloud built integrations, such as MC Connect, they will work through the various Marketing Cloud APIs. 

Løsning

Marketing Cloud Support, while not directly having intimate knowledge of Custom Integrations, can provide some assistance with those that work through the Marketing Cloud API. In order to assist with any of these Custom Integrations, please log a new case and then Marketing Cloud Support will need a copy of the SOAP Envelope or the JSON Payload that is being passed through this integration to the Marketing Cloud systems. 
 

Note: Logging this SOAP Envelope can vary by language.
