Unable to add Chatter group members in Lightning Experience

Users may report not having the ability to add Chatter Group Members from within Lightning Experience despite being able to do add members to the same group in Classic.

If users do not see the option to add group members an administrator may need to apply the 'New Group Member' Mobile & Lightning Action to the group page layout's 'Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions' section.
솔루션

Add the New Group Member action in order to allow users to add group members in Lightning Experience:


1. From Setup, enter Groups in the Quick Find box, then select Group Layouts and then edit the desired layout.

2. In the Salesforce Mobile App and Lightning Experience Actions section, click override the predefined actions.

3. Select 'Mobile & Lightning Actions' in the pallet and then drag 'New Group Member' to the 'Salesforce Mobile App and Lightning Experience Actions' area of the page layout. Optionally you may add, remove, or rearrange the order of the other available actions.

4. Save your page layout.
 

Note: In Lightning Experience, the 'Everyone' option is not supported.
