Syncing Automated Process User Timezone

If the Automated Process User timezone does not match the Company Information timezone (which can occur in older organizations), you can force a synchronization without making any configuration changes on the company timezone.

Best Practice :

  • Test in Sandbox to ensure there are no disruption to any custom processes.
  • Once confirmed, perform these steps in production.

Steps to Sync :

  1. Navigate to Setup > Company Settings > Company Information.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save (without changing any fields).

Result : The system will automatically update the Automated Process User timezone to match the Organization default.
