Create or Edit Key Fields Using Sales Path in Salesforce Lightning Experience

Enable Sales Path in Salesforce Classic

Navigate to: Setup | Customize | Path | Path Settings and click Enable.

Add Key Fields in Salesforce Classic

1. Navigate to Setup | Customize | Path | Path Settings.
2. Click New Path or Edit next to an existing Path Name.
3. Click Next.
4. Click Add/Update Fields.
5. Drag and drop the Key Fields you want to include (up to 5) into the Selected picklist field and click Save.
6. Click Next.
7. Click Finish.

Enable Sales Path in Lightning Experience

Navigate to: Gear icon > Setup | User Interface | Path Settings and click Enable.

Add Key Fields in Lightning Experience

1. Navigate to Gear icon > Setup | User Interface | Path Settings.
2. Click New Path or Edit next to an existing Path Name.
3. Click Next.
4. Click Add/Update Fields.
5. Drag and drop the Key Fields you want to include (up to 5) into the Selected picklist field and click Save.
6. Click Next.
7. Click Finish.

Note: Key Fields only reflect fields available in the Record Type selected for that Path.
