Users may not see global or object-specific quick actions in the Salesforce record feed, even when those actions are added to the page layout.
This typically occurs when:
Salesforce displays actions only when the user has the necessary permissions to use them.
This article answers why global or object-specific quick actions do not appear in the Salesforce record feed. Quick actions depend on record type access and field permissions. If these requirements are not met, the actions are not visible. Use one of the three options below to resolve the issue.
Make sure the user has access to the record type used by the action:
Modify the action to use a record type that the user can access.
Make sure the user has Edit access to the fields the action requires.
For example, if the action creates a Case from an Account, the user must have edit access to the Account Name (lookup field) on Case.
