Users may not see global or object-specific quick actions in the feed, even when those actions are added to the page layout.
This typically occurs when:
Salesforce only displays actions when the user has the necessary permissions to use them.
Quick actions depend on record type access and field permissions. If these requirements are not met, the actions will not be visible.
Ensure the user has access to the record type used by the action:
Modify the action to use a record type that the user can access.
