Reply Mail Management does not appear in Marketing Cloud Email Admin

Within Email Studio, under Admin | Account Settings, the Reply Mail Management (RMM) option doesn't appear. You should also be able to set-up RMM within Setup under Platform Tools | Email Studio | Reply Mail Management too.

There are reasons why you may not see this option in your Account Settings of the Email Admin, outlined below.
Solución

RMM is only available in certain editions

The Account must be Advanced, Agency or Enterprise Edition. Other Editions don't automatically include RMM. Contact your Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Executive to request a Sender Authentication package or a request for RMM services if you haven't purchased the Sender Authentication Package. 
 

RMM must be configured in your account

To configure RMM to appear in the Email Admin section, follow the steps in the Reply Mail Management documentation
