'Activate' button grayed out in 'Process Builder'

While creating a new process in the Lightning Process Builder, the 'Activate' button is disabled.

 

솔루션

The button is disabled when there are no actions added in your Process, which is expected behavior.

To resolve the issue, add an action to your Process.

1. Click Create | Workflow & Approvals | Process Builder and then click New.
2. Fill-out the fields to define your process. 
3. Click Save
4. Add Criteria. 
5. Now click Add Action
 
a. Navigate to:

Salesforce Classic: Setup | Create | Workflow & Approvals | Process Builder 
Lightning Experience: Gear icon | Setup | Process Automation | Process Builder

b. Click the Name of the Process Builder grayed out “Activate” Button.
c. Click “Add Action”.
d. Select the type of action to create, and then fill out the fields to define the action.
e. Click Save.
f. Now, click “Activate”.

6. Select the type of action to create, and then fill out the fields to define the action.

The 'Activate' button is now enabled.

Note: The "Active" button can also be greyed out if there's any diamond component which doesn't have any immediate actions or scheduled actions.
