Upload multiple email addresses as organization-wide email addresses

You have the ability to Set Up Organization-Wide Email Addresses and enter individual email addresses to be used when you send email using Salesforce. If you need to add a large number of email addresses, you can also mass create them using Data Loader. 

Solución

To mass upload organization-wide email addresses, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Create a CSV with following column headers:

  • Address - The email address to be added
  • DisplayName - The name associated with the address 
  • IsAllowAllProfiles - True/False


Step 2: Once you've created the CSV file, use Data Loader to perform an Insert.
 

1. Open Data Loader application
2. Use 'OAuth' or 'Password Authentication'
3. Check the box to 'Show all Salesforce objects' and choose ‘Organization-wide From Email Address’ from the list and open the CSV using ‘Browse’ button
4. Click Next
5. Click ‘Create or Edit a Map’ button
6. Click ‘Auto-Match Fields to Columns’ button to match the CSV fields with fields in Salesforce
7. Click OK & click Next
8. Choose the location where you want to save Result & Error CSV files using Browse button
9. Click Finish
