When you attempt to access the Salesforce Help Portal or log in with your Trailblazer account, you may encounter one of the following behaviors:
OAUTH_APP_BLOCKEDThis error occurs when a Salesforce system administrator has blocked the Salesforce Help or Trailblazer.me Connected Apps in your Salesforce organization. The Connected App block prevents users from authenticating and accessing Help Portal resources.
Step 1 — Unblock the Salesforce Help and Trailblazer Connected Apps
A Salesforce administrator can resolve this error by unblocking the required Connected Apps using the following steps:

In rare cases, the Salesforce Help or Trailblazer Connected Apps may not display as blocked in the interface, even though users are still receiving the OAUTH_APP_BLOCKED error. Use the following workaround:
