Yes, it is possible to insert converted leads with Enable 'Create Audit Fields' with Data Loader.

解決策

IsConverted, ConvertedDate, ConvertedContactId, ConvertedAccountId, ConvertedOpportunityId become available when Create Audit Fields are enabled, allowing leads to be imported as converted status.
