The Salesforce Outlook Integration allows users to view and work with Salesforce records directly within Microsoft Outlook, log emails and events to Salesforce, and create new Salesforce records without switching applications. The Outlook Integration with Inbox adds productivity features such as Send Later, email tracking, and calendar sync.
This integration is available for Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.
