Related List is not available for a specific user with proper object access

If the Related List is not added in the Customize Page Personal Settings of the affected user, even if they have the same Profile, Permission and Page Layout assigned as to what their colleague has, then they will still not see the respective related list in the record that they are viewing. 
Solución

Ensure that the Object's Related List is added in their Customize Page Settings.

Classic:
*If 'Enable Improved Setup User Interface' is Enabled on User Interface. 

1) Click your Name.
2) My Settings
3) Display & Layout.
4) Customize My Pages
5) Select the Object.
6) Customize Page.
7) Add the related list.
8) Save.

*If 'Enable Improved Setup User Interface' is Disabled on User Interface. 

1) Click your Name
2) Setup
3) My Personal Information.
4) Change My Display.
5) Select the Object.
6) Customize My Pages.
7) Add the related list.
8) Save.

Lightning:
1) Click the User Icon 
2) Settings
3) Display & Layout
4) Customize My Pages
5) Select the object 
6) Customize My Pages 
7) Add the related list 
9) Save

Note: this is a personal setting so only the User can make this change or if the Admin logs in as the User via grant login access feature.
