By default, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) adds emails from users' connected accounts to the Activity Timeline of related Salesforce records.
If users are reporting that emails from connected accounts are automatically appearing on related Salesforce records' Activity Timelines, an admin can disable this behavior in the EAC configuration. This affects all users assigned to that configuration.
