Close Case Page Layout Availability in Salesforce Lightning

There is no close case button in the Lightning experience on the Case object.

Lösning

The Close Case Layout will only display when using the 'Close Case' button.

Note: The 'Close Case' button is only available in Salesforce Classic.

There is currently an idea for adding the Close Case button and Close Case page layout as an option in future releases. Please see the idea, which is currently in development: Close Case button/page in Lightning Experience.
