myTrailhead Badges Do Not Display in Chatter User Profile with Salesforce Lightning Experience

The myTrailhead Badges component must be added to the Chatter User layout in Salesforce Lightning Experience for badges to appear on user profiles. Follow these steps as an Administrator to configure the page layout.

Steps to Show myTrailhead Badges on the Chatter User Profile

1. Log in as an Administrator.
2. Click the App Menu and search for the People tab.
3. Select the People tab.
4. Look for your name.
5. Check if the Badges component is available. If it is visible, no further action is needed. If the Badges component is not visible, continue with the steps below.
6. Select the Gear Icon.
7. Select Edit Page.
8. Add the custom myTrailhead Lightning component: UserBadgeCount or UserBadgeList.
9. Click Save.
10. Click Activate if prompted; otherwise select the Activation button.
11. Select the defaults for the component (Org Default, App Default, etc.).
12. Select the Close button to dismiss the activation window.
13. Select the Save button if the changes are not saved; otherwise click the blue Back button.
