If you have created an enablement site (formerly a myTrailhead subdomain) and already enabled Salesforce Identity for Enablement (an authentication provider that uses Salesforce credentials to access your enablement site) as your authentication provider, public Trailhead activity isn't synced in this org.
Since Salesforce Identity for Enablement prevents public Trailhead activity from syncing to your enablement org, you need to set up Trail Tracker in a separate standard Salesforce org to track public Trailhead badges and progress. This workaround allows you to maintain reporting capabilities while using Salesforce Identity for Enablement.
